You don’t feel like getting up.
You don’t want to get dressed for the day.
You don’t want to eat a good breakfast.
You don’t want to spend a moment with God.
You don’t want to go to work.
What you want to do is nothing
but nothing is the worst thing you can do.

My advice?
Push through.
Do what you need to do until you feel like doing it. And even if
the feeling never arrives, do what you need to do anyway. Failing
to allow ourselves to lose, may be your biggest win of the week!
