Have you ever been in total darkness. I have it full of unknown things. You can’t see the finger on your own hand in front of your face. I’ve been in the caverns and seen what it’s like without the light. They say it will start to make you go mad. It’s amazing how the light is even (seen) by your body.
We were made to be in the light. God made us to be light creatures. He knew how much we inwardly crave the Light. Darkness is the absence of light. It is nothing in its truest since.
God made us and knows what we need he gave us the sun for light and then separated light and dark so we could rest. But knowing what we need he placed the moon to reflect the sun into a soothing night light. A promise that the sun is still there even at night.
Just as the moon reflects the son we should reflect the Son. The earth needs to see Jesus is still with us. We are to be the reminder that others see.
When others see you what faze of the moon are you. Be the brightest full moon you can be. Read your bible all day. Pray all through the day. Learn to listen to God, and step out when called. If you become so obedient you eclipse the Son you make him more spectacular you will cease to be seen and he will be exalted
